You might need to uncheck 'Remove To-Dos' when importing into iCal.

The only difference with this list to the other 8 is the fact that it has more to-do's which are dated and have repeated events.

For anyone experiencing this problem using iCal 1.5 with lists with repeating tasks, this should now be fixed.
