RTM and Windows Vista

I am having a problem using RTM on Windows Vista and IE. I have no problems using RTM on my Win XP machine.

When I start up RTM, the "loading" message shows up at the top of the screen. Then, there is an "error on page" message in the lower-left hand corner of IE. The error says, "'null' is null or not an object".

The page never loads and I can not use RTM.

Is this a bug or can someone explain what I need to do to fix this?
