List of lists

Hi good people,
I have lists of lists! I mean serious lists! like '06.00 wake up' any one know how I can start to get rid of those lists? Any advice would be truly welcome :)) I sit here surrounded by my lists and the best I can do is re-organise them :( Please help!

Try Settings -> Lists (tab). There's a delete list option from the drop down. Does that help?
