Milksync WM5 Stuck on checking tasks

Somehow my tasks all disappeared and miksync seems to be stuck on checking tasks. When I initialize sync says the server wants to perform a full sync and askes me to click yes or no. When I do, it just sits there checking tasks and nothing happens.

Unfortunately we're not able to diagnose issues with MilkSync via the forums, as they are often account-specific.
