Sync on PC Connection not working in MilkSync for Windows Mobile

As the title says... I can manually sync OK, but my device is not syncing with RTM when connection to PC is established with Activesync.

I re-booted my PDA and this seemed to solve the problem, (MilkSync advised that a full Sync was necessary and it seemed to "un-clog" itself)!
