Error trying to connect with MilkSync and sync

Could not find any information regarding basic connection problems. First time trying to use MilkSync. When running Sync Now, just get an error message stating RTM is having technical difficulties and to try again.

Have completed a hard reset and made all application settings to Allow (some of the Interaction settings will not change to Allow from Custom)

First, would it be possible to double check that you have the latest release (1.0.4) of MilkSync for BlackBerry by going to www.rmilk.com/milksync on your device?

Would you mind contacting us and letting us know which Interaction settings you're not able to change to "Allow"?
