Can we organize the lists?

I cannot find a way to change the order how the lists are displayed, I mean to set up which is to the left, the next one and so on. Is there a way to do it in addition to create the smart list in the order you want them to be arranged later on?

They are sorted alphabetically, the regular lists first followed by the smart lists.
