PUBLISHING LIST

Switch to the list you want to work with.
Make sure you have no tasks selected so that the list details box appears on the right.
Click on the 'Publish' tab.
Select 'Make this list public'.
Click on 'Publish'.
Your list will now be available on the web.

I NOT FIND THE PUBLISH TAB ANYWHERE !!!

Select the list you want to publish, un-select all tasks and voilà, look at the top right part if the screen, next to List, Share you have Publish.
