Set priority while typing new task?

says:
I thought you might be able to type in a new task and include P:1 to set the priority also, but it doesn't seem to work.

Ultimately, I'd like to do this in RTM for Gmail, but I'm guessing that's not supported yet?

Yeah it's a real pain having to go hunt for the task to change it's priority. Need to be able to assign priority to task at the same time as creating and entry for it for the first time.
