Search for Time-Specific Tasks BUT NOT All-Day Tasks

I'd like to search for ONLY tasks due at a specified time. I'll be taking the results into GCal with an iCalendar feed.

Ideally, this search would...

Include:
Call Mom @ noon today
Dentist Appointment @ 4:00PM in 6 months
Take Vitamins @ 8:00AM every day

Exclude:
Vacuum @ anytime today
Buy Groceries @ next Tuesday
Build a Birdhouse @ whenever (no due date)

I have thought about the same thing for Gcal purposes. For the time being the best idea I have come up with tagging all all-day/no-time items with a shared tag, and then excluding that tag from the Gcal list, but that is clunky.
