I do continuing education classes. Each time I book a class there is a series of tasks and subtasks that need to happen and they are standard, but are X weeks/days out from the class. This obviously changes with the date for the actual class.

For example. if I book a class for 3/20/26:
Class in New Orleans, LA
Immediately
Immediate Task One due today 12/22/25
Immediate Task Two due today12/22/25
12 Weeks Out
12 Weeks Task One due 12/26/25
12 Weeks Task Two due 12/26/25
10 Weeks Out
10 Weeks Task One due 1/9/26
10 Weeks Task Two due 1/9/26
etc.
Level One Task is "Class in New Orleans"
Level Two Subtask is "Immediately"
Level Three Subtask is " Immediate Task One due today 12/22/25"
I am not a programer, but I am learning Zapier and am willing to use other tools.
What's the easiest way to have the tasks, subtasks and correct due dates with the least amount of manual editing?
If this is an impossible task for a non-programmer, let me know.
