A Free Account gives you access to completed tasks. Not sure what you mean by "ALL". I'm not aware of any restrictions.

cmconsulting, yes cmconsulting is correct -- a Pro account will give you access to an unlimited number of completed tasks (rather than just tasks completed in the last 7 days).
