Paid yesterday but no access to Pro
I had to ask for a refund through Apple which they granted (paid through iphone ios app) . Andrew did eventually reply and kindy added 10 days Pro whilst sorting out the problem, but I had already started the Apple refund process. I replied letting him know that the refund request had been submitted.
Looks like he is letting me keep the 10 days Pro, so I have a few days left before this Pro window closes. I am using this remaining time to see if this is the app I want to continue with, there are many good task managers out there and I do have subscriptions with a couple of others, so I am exploring and comparing.
This glitch has got me thinking... development seems to have grounded to a halt with RTM, I don't mind if the app is being maintained, but it's the lack of communication about the this app's future that is so frustrating that makes me feels like turning away completely!...
I am tempted to do another year RTM Pro as there are still some unique functions that I like, but the other task managers are developing at great speed (especially the other 2 apps I have), and the developers are keeping their customers happy and excited by communicating every step of the way...time will tell!

Todoist does Smartlists I believe

It does do filters which can be fairly smart, only seems to have either free text you have to work out, or using AI to describe it. Always found RTMs system where you just select which drop-downs you want to use much better, but it is possible to migrate things across generally

Hi gogolscircus,
Sorry about this—I've emailed you back and apologize for the delay in responding over the weekend.
Since this happened to both of you, I'm also going to flag the development team to look into this further, to make sure there's not a bigger issue occurring. If you experience any further problems or if anyone else experiences this issue, please contact us! 💙
