Add pause to one click phones

Is there a way to have a phone number in the task's notes and that phone number contain dial pauses?

Android does automatically dial numbers added to a note in a task, so it should be possible to use this comma and semi-colon feature to add a pause or a wait to your phone number, for example 123-456-789;0 to have the phone wait for you to press the 0 "extension".
