Subtasks in the web app

I enjoy using subtasks on the android app, but they behave so strangely on the web client.
- In a standard list, my subtasks show up alongside my tasks with no indication of which is a subtask and which is a task.
- In a smart list, they don't show up at all on the web, even though they do show up on my android client in the same smart list.
Is this the intended behavior? Is subtask support in the web app still a work in progress?

Never mind! I had to click the "new stuff" link at the top to get migrated into the whole new experience that I've been reading about. 🤦♂️
