Custom list not showing subtasks

Hi cobrastyle,
Subtasks will show when they don't appear alongside the parent task, but if they show together they will be shown "inside" the parent task.
If your parent tasks are due later, the subtasks should show in your Smart List, in other words.
Sorry for any inconvenience there! Hope you're able to set this up the way you want.

However it is worth noting that if the parent task is not visible then the subtasks are.
I use this quirk (feature?) this way:
- Create an "umbrella" parent task which has subtasks.
- At the beginning of the day, the parent task is due so it's all i see for that "topic" of activity.
- I review the subtasks and decide which one(s) I want for today. the ones I am not going to do today I push to due date tomorrow.
- Then I set the parent task to due date tomorrow as well.
- I'm left with just the subtasks that I plan to do today.
This works well for me so thought I'd share.
