RTM account help escalation.

I had an account issue request filed on the 6th of this month and received no response. I then followed up on the 8th and have heard back from a staff member, Andrew, on the 11th. Andrew stipulated awareness but was unable to find a resolution and would get back to me. I followed up on the 12th and still have heard nothing. I had also enlisted the aid of a third party willing to facilitate my account issue with RTM and help them resolve it. While I appreciate the one email response, a resolution would be better.

Sorry again for the delay. We had mentioned this was an unusual problem since PayPal wasn't offering the usual refund ability from our end.

Our billing manager had gone in and refunded this, and we emailed you the same details. Thanks again for your patience!
