Reminders Not Being Received

Thanks for getting in touch and reporting this issue. Sorry to hear the reminders aren't working!

If these were previously working, would it be possible to delete your reminder account and then readd it to reset it?

To do so:
1. In the web/desktop app's Account Settings, in the Contact Preferences section, find your reminder method.
2. Click the trash can icon on the right to remove it.
3. Click 'Add Details' at the bottom to add your reminder method back.

If you've just set these up though, have you tried any other IM, SMS, desktop, or email reminders to confirm whether they're working at all for you?

If none are working, you may wish to review your Daily Digest and Reminders sections in the Account Settings to make sure they're set up the way you want.
