I installed the official OS X RTM app but have trouble using it. It only shows white screen. From menus I cannot find anything useful. E.g. Preferences is unaccessable (grayed).

I have tried to clean install it again by deleting related stuff under ./Library but I always end up with same unusable state.

Any advice how to get started with the app?
