repeating tasks: single instance delete
dena.grabinar says:
does anyone know - is it possible to delete a repeating task on a particular day, without deleting all future instances?
sometimes i like to skip tasks, if i'm overloaded, and just do them next time around. i find postponing/changing the date is getting me in a muddle, with duplicate tasks turning up on the next due date. but deleting removes all instances.

Dena, sorry this isn't possible currently -- deleting a task in a repeating series will stop the task from repeating in the future. Ideally it would offer the option of whether or not to stop the repeats -- we have this on our to-do list :)

that's okay - i'll work around it for now. glad to hear it's on your list though - looking forward to seeing this feature in due course.
thanks for the quick reply (again!!)
