Settings are not working on android app (android 5.1)

Hello. On my old phone with android 4.3 settings were working very well. But with my new meizu m2 note with android 5.1 settings don't work at all. I was record the video of problem, maybe it will helps you. Like RTM very much and want to use it without bugs. And sorry for my english).

Can you let us know which specific version of Android you have on this phone? In Settings > "About phone" you should find 5.1.etc. Also, is this version of Android rooted?
