Tasks do not ring, alarm and message in the Notification center is missing

(closed account) says:
For some time, the Tasks do not ring and I am missing the alarm and Notification. I do not find the reason.
- checking settings in the notification center: ok, all active.
- Sound ok
- Restart the iPhone does not help
- Resetting the app: no effect
- Reinstallation of the app: no effect.
- Other Task-Apps do work fine (Evernote, iOS tasks itself)
What can I do?
