Identify and disable old iPod Touch from RTM

sn3akyp3t3 says:
I sold my old iPod Touch. My new one has been joined with the RTM app. Now there are two devices listed in RTM settings under reminders. How does one cross reference the GUID like numbers with the existing iPod Touch so that the other one can be turned off/disabled? I already wiped the old device so uninstalling the app is no longer an option.

You can check the (UD)ID in iTunes: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061

(or: "There's an App for that" - there are several UDID Apps in the AppStore)

sn3akyp3t3,
As action.manager mentioned, if you can find which UDID you want to have removed, you can contact us with it and we'd be happy to remove it.

Hope this helps!

I've identified my UDID on my new one. The other device must be my old one then. Thanks, I was trying to find something to link the decision to delete to.
