Google calendar tasks always asks for login

daviesda says:
Folks, I've linked my tasks into my Google calendar ok but every time I click on the little tasks icon in my calendar I'm asked to log into my remember the milk account. If I click on tasks for Monday I have to log in, same for Tuesday despite already logging in, then if I click back on Monday I have to log in again.
Is it me?
Cheers,
David.

David, it is not you. I am having the same issue despite checking the "Remember Me" box.

I'm having the same exact problem as well.

For anyone experiencing this problem, can I ask which browser you're using?
Some ad blocking extensions or third-party software don't allow cookies to be set in iframes (Remember The Milk is contained in an iframe in Google Calendar). If you're using an ad blocker, this is a possible reason for the login not being remembered.
It may be necessary to add 'www.rememberthemilk.com' and 'static.rememberthemilk.com' as exceptions in any ad blocking software.
If you're using Firefox and the default behaviour has been changed, it's possible to allow cookies in iframes with these steps:
1) Go to the address bar and type:
about:config
2) Search for:
network.cookie.cookieBehavior
3) Check what's listed in the 'Value' column -- if it's not 0, change it to 0.
(The default is 0 but some ad blockers change this value.)
Hope this helps!

Allowing all cookies in iframes is a drastic measure. Adding the two urls above makes more sense to me. Here's how to do it in Firefox.
Click Tools->Options->Privacy->Exceptions
Enter the urls clicking "Allow" after entering each one.
Click "Close."
Click "OK."

Adding the two server names to my Firefox exceptions pref also solved the login problem I was seeing.
