Unfortunately the only two payment methods that we have currently are PayPal and in-app purchases on iPhone, but we're hoping to add support for additional payment methods.
In the meantime, if you have a friend or family member with a PayPal account in another country, they may be able to complete the upgrade for you.

Any time you purchase a Pro upgrade, the upgrade applies to your entire account. So if you purchased a Pro upgrade using the in-app purchase in the iPad app, you would have access to all the services included with a Pro upgrade.
Within the app, you can open the app settings then tap on Account Info to purchase the upgrade.

Just a suggestion, you should make it known on your payment page that this is an option as well for smartphone and tablet users (dont know if it applies to Android as ell). I'm sure that would solve a lot of people's payment issues.
