login not working properly

kkrathi says:
I have the RTM desktop version. whenever I open it, and enter my login, the login pop up continues to stay there, inspite of the fact that I can see in the background I have been logged on. If somehow I open another window, I see that I was in fact logged in. Something seems to be buggy here.

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Logging In & Loading issue report via our support system?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!

I just posted as you said. I did not get any ticket number. But I will cut and paste the problem here in case if someone else can help too. Getting really tough to work on RTM because of this -
----------->
I have the RTM desktop version (or "web app" version whatever you call it) and for my browser, I use Google Chrome. Whenever I open the desktop version, it tells me to login. So I hit that button. It takes me to google chrome browser and opens the login page of RTM. I enter the information. That tab disappears indicating successful login. I go back to the desktop version. The annoying pop is still there. So I hit it again, it takes me back to the login page on Google Chrome. This goes on till eternity. The only way to get back successfully to the desktop version and be able to stay there is if I close the existing web app and then reopen it. For some reason, this time it remembers it.
