It's not currently possible to install RTM without access to the Android Market. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I know there are popular alternative markets for developers to get apps to people in countries with out the Android market. SlideMe (http://slideme.org/) is the one that I've heard of and comes installed with CyanogenMod- perhaps RTM could provide their app in an alternative market.
