Your tasks will show up on the calendar on the date they're due, and Google Calendar will automatically stay in sync with your Remember The Milk account. Follow these two steps to get set up:
Copy your calendar link
Each of your lists and Smart Lists has its own calendar link, so you can choose exactly which tasks to see.
- Open the Remember The Milk web or desktop app.
- Switch to the list you'd like to see on your calendar.
- Make sure you have no tasks selected so that the list details appear on the right.
- Click on the calendar icon, then copy the Events address.
Tip: Want to see everything in one place? Switch to the All Tasks view and grab that calendar link instead.
Add it to Google Calendar
- In Google Calendar, find 'Other calendars' in the left column and click the + button.
- Select 'From URL'.
- Paste your calendar link into the field provided.
- Click 'Add calendar' — that's it!
You should now see your tasks on your Google Calendar. As you add, complete, or reschedule tasks in Remember The Milk, your calendar will update automatically.
Note: This feature uses private addresses, which are turned on by default in Remember The Milk. If you run into trouble, check that they're still enabled in your account settings.
