Just set RTM url you want as main page as your wallpaper (Properties>Desktop>Customise Desktop>Web) Will also ask you if you want to set your username and password so always, so dont have to do this each time you load your desktop.

It will always be open, no need for browser ;-)

I stretch the window the url is in to the top and bottom of my screen, then go back into setup above and select "Lock desktop item" so it doesnt move, with accidental mouse usage.
