I recently discovered the iphone Dragon Dictation software, which is marvelous. It comes in handy because I usually think of multiple "to do's" when I am driving or doing something that doesn't allow me to type into my iphone. I think, "I have to get that "to do" into RTM later"....but almost always forget, even a few minutes later!

So, to capture those thoughts quickly, I dictate them into Dragon. I then use that app's option to "email", which brings up the iphone email interface, with your text in the body. I use the iphone's relatively new "cut" and "paste" features to get the task text into the subject line.

The last step is to input your RTM's email account address in the To: field. I put my RTM's account into my iphone Contacts, so I just punch "RT" and the rtm email name pops ups immediately...and "send"!

Granted, you could take extra time to add info to the body of the email to help RTM sort it where you want it, but my goal was speedy entry, and this works for me!
