Preparing for Passover
Those of you who celebrate Passover know that the process of getting ready for it is pretty intense. During the holiday, no leavened products are eaten, so you need to go out and get a whole bunch of special food ahead of time. In addition, we do a major spring cleaning to get rid of all traces of leaven in our households, and we prepare huge meals (seders) for our families.
As you might imagine, keeping track of all that needs to be done can be pretty tough.
This year, I set up a list on RTM for Passover, and shared it with my wife.
We've added all of the tasks related to the holiday, with tags indicating what they're for (#shopping, #cleaning, #cooking, etc.). We even have sub-categories (#produce, #dairy, etc.).
Between now and the holiday, we'll use the list to make sure everything gets bought and everything gets done.
Then afterwards, I'll go back and change all of the completed tasks to incomplete, and we'll be ready to revisit the list again next year!
This will help us stay organized now, and will save us the trouble of recreating the wheel for next Passover.

I too keep Passover and am beginning the marathon of preparation this week. I have on my list to add all the Pesach tasks to RTM tonight. I plan to tag not only by what you mentioned above but by room that needs to be cleaned or is cleaned for Passover. I can then add a repeating task until I do bedikat hametz (a last inspection for those who may not know) to not bring food into X room.
One thing you might want to consider is making your general list, copying it for this year so that you don't have to incomplete the tasks. You could use the method suggested by another RTM user for travel.
Enjoy preparing for Passover!
