After searching in the forum I discovered no one uses a trick related with money, nevertheless the cash you need to have in your pocket regarding the planned expenses.

Is an useful system to see how much money do you need to carry today in your wallet, or how much do you need to get from the ATM (cajero, cash-mat, bank-mat...).

You need to ad a note to the task that means an expense with the value of what you are buying, and your coin simbol.

Then you just need to set a inteligent list with the commands "noteContains:€" (maybe $ in your case) and a range that can be a day or the week if you go weekly to the ATM, "dueBefore:1 week of today".

You will see in a glance the tasks that requires paying or buying something with cash, you may remember how much is each, calculate an aprox. total, and if you do not remember exactly how much is one of them just enter and check the note of the task.

I am just missing to make it more automated... would someone be able to use the API of RTM to sum the value of these notes?
Would be gorgeous but do not know if could be implemented inside the current RTM apps and website.
