track the people that you are waiting for

I had a problem to track all the people i'm waiting to do some task. For that, i use a tag that begins with a double "minus" like this:
--tom (which means: I'm waiting for tom to finish something here)
Before i meet with someone, i check my tags and see if i'm waiting something from the person i'm going to meet, so that i can ask him for the job.

I simply use two tags "WaitingFor" and "PersonsName"
That gives me the flexibility of seeing all my WaitingFors if I'm having a general chaser session or I can see everything related to one person if I'm going into a call/meeting.
