Has anybody used the script "Tag Cloud Resturctuer"?

It looks great, but I am not sure how to modify my tags (which currently start with "+" for business, "-" for personal, "@" for contexts and "." for goals to his system.
Do I just go through Settings / Tags and rename "-" tags to "-P/" tags? That didn't seem to work for me. Also, the example lists include the following:
P [[Personal]]
I am not sure what to make for that.
Thanks!

Hi Michael,
I just went through and renamed all my lists so they are showing up correctly in the Restructurer. Here's some of the things I found out.
I already had my tasks arranged into different lists, and the lists had a sort of hierarchy structure to their names, like Home.Improvement and Home.Shopping. I renamed these to -Home.Improvement and -Home.Shopping, and added "." to the list of valid separators ( now separators: '|/+.', ). That took care of showing my list names in the hierarchy section. I didn't bother to rename "Home" to H because I don't mind long list names... I pretty rarely have to type the name of the list all the way out. I didn't need the [[altname]] either, I just went with the list's normal name. (He has some trickery to force the lists to show up with a capital letter like Academic but I didn't bother with that.)
As for the tags, I had @ for contexts so those started showing up right away like I wanted. I expect if you want to keep using your same tags, you probably just need to add a sectionFlat section to tell it that the + and . sections are. (If you are going to use - as a tag prefix and you don't want hierarchy-indenting behavior, pick some other prefix like / for the hierarchy section or just don't have a hierarchy section if you don't need it).
I'm happy to see that the hierarchy works the way I like, this was something I really was waiting for. According to emalminator's write-up on the Restructurer description page, you can have a "hierarchy" behavior for your tags, or your lists, but I chose to go with the lists being hierarchical and not the tags. So on my screen the tags just appear in a section in alpha order and the lists get the indent treatment. I like to keep my lists separate and sorted... The big difference between a list hierarchy and a tag hierarchy is that a task can only every be in one list, so if the lists are arranged so that they naturally exclude each other (like Work and Personal) then list hierarchy makes sense, but Tags can apply to tasks in any combinations.
One thing that Restructurer can't do that I'd wish for is the ability to arrange Smart Lists in with the cloud. Apparently Smart Lists don't appear in the original cloud, so they never appear as items for the Restructurer. I tried a dozen ways to get Smart Lists to appear in my cloud but to no avail. So now I have lists and tags on the right in the cloud, and smart lists like "Action <7 days" on the left, pretty much by themselves since the lists themselves are hidden. (On the left instead of on tabs thanks to another mod--called A Bit Better RTM, which blends nicely with this one)
Good luck
