I manage a teams with multiple parallel projects and use tags for team members who need to carry a particular action. I also use na tag for next action on each project (for those using GTD).

This way, I get all the actions that are being assigned to each member of the team and also have a quick way to get to all next actions for projects (for daily/weekly review)
