Drag & drop app for visualizing projects in quadrants based on Importance & Urgency
Following "The 7 habits of highly effective people", I used to manually place my projects (which are implemented as RTM lists) on a 2D grid, based on their Importance & Urgency levels. This was cumbersome....
Recently I made a HTML & javascript application that arranges those projects automatically, and allows you to change the U/I values interactively, with drag and drop.

I'm thinking of sharing this with the world and improving it as we go. If you are interested in using this, let me know - that way I'll be more motivated to make this into a real web service :-)

Since not many people seem to be waiting for this, I'm taking it off my schedule for the time being.

Any news on this? I have been managing tasks in Excel up til now using a rating based on Urgency and Necessity. Can't find any app which does this. Thx.
