Tasks as "client accounts"
(closed account) says:
If you have recurring projects from the same client, instead of using tasks for to-dos, use tasks to name the client, place the project in subtasks, and finally the specific tasks for that project in sub-subtasks.
This way, you can use the task notes to log general information that is useful for that client, whatever the project is. So whenever you get a new project from this client, the general information is available. This approach has the advantage of separating information relevant to a specific project and the information that is more permanent and always relevant.
