Many of my online purchases have some sort of incentive in the form of airline miles, points, cash back, etc.

To ensure I've gotten credit for each purchase, I simply forward my confirmation email to RTM with a future due date - usually 3 weeks.

When the task comes due, it's a piece of cake to check the status of my incentive. I have all the information at my fingertips to open an inquiry if necessary.
