Using RTM for short reviews and "Jour Fixe" Meetings

jans.roeber says:
In order to have all topics handy, when meeting with one ore more person(s) on a regular or irregular basis, I got myself used to assigning tags with the persons name and/or the projekt the person is related to with to a task, or use the meetings name as an "@tag".

Persons tags then start with an "-" and projekts tags with an".", meetings and places wit an "@" - so they sort beautifully.

i.O. to shorten tagging time and reduce typos, I use breevy and texexpander, where I save all tags under an abbreviation.

So,when the meeting comes up, I look up the person's name and/or the projekt to make shure I have all issues at hand for the meeting.

Further information are written down in the note-section of the task.

Since I got used to this I no longer forget about topics I wanted to talk about at an occasion.

Just write in the subject line: "Taskdescription"^yy.mm.dd hh.mm #Tag etc.
taskdescription is to be replaced by the description of your task

Could you talk a little more about how you use Breevy and Texexpander?
