Hi, I'm using RTM to implement my personal David Allen's Getting Things Done. this post: http://blog.rememberthemilk.com/2008/05/guest-post-advanced-gtd-with-remember-the-milk/ was the best to implement GTD with RTM in my life.

But I'm using another concept of GTD in remember the milk, For example in this post, at @Work is only used tag:na AND (location:@work or location:@downtown) but... if at work We have a phone, a computer internet access... etc... I can do this tasks at Work...

In this case, my smarlist search for work is: tag:na and (location:@Work or ((tag:web or tag:computer or tag:call) and isLocated:false) )

With this query are showed all tasks that I can do with a phone, computer or internet and the tasks that only can do at work.

This aproach is better for me. Thank you for reading!!
