My "To Fix" List
kylir says:
Like many other RTMers, I have a rather complex setup that heavily borrows from GTD and other organizational systems. I've found it very helpful to create a special smart list that checks all of my tasks and only shows those tasks which break my organizational structure.
For example, let's say I should process all of my new tasks and move them from the Inbox list to somewhere else. Nothing should be overdue, if something is then I need to reschedule it. Finally, all of my tasks should be tagged. Here's what my "to fix" smart list search criteria would look like:
list:Inbox OR dueBefore:today OR isTagged:false
I've found doing this helps me to keep my tasks very organized and to know I haven't missed something.

I should also mention that the goal here is to not have any tasks show up in the smart list. That means they are all organized!
