I am a frequent traveller, in the summertime I like the pools in Turkey, in spring and fall we go to Finnland, and some short trips are taken all over the year.

For the summer, I have a "pool list" within all things needed for the vacation in the hot.
The "northern list" is a bit more "warm" .... and the short trips are with a ground stock of things.
But in all lists you´ll find the technical gimmicks like iPad, camera, etc. And for sure my moleskines etc :-)

As soon as we plan the trip(s), we inspect the lists and add things we think to have with us on this special trip aswell.
Then, the list will show up a few days before the start in an automatic way to remind us (thanks for the push notifications here!).
