I use RTM to help me record interactions with various individuals. For example I use RTM for gmail to help me focus on future tasks related to an individual. Often I will open a separate window and use preset smart searches to find past interactions related to those individuals. I am able to analyze past interactions and note planned future interactions and decide whether or not I need to increase or decrease interactions. RTM for gmail allows me to easily input planned interactions. Thank you for Remember the Milk!
