Keep track of Credit Card expenses with RTM

I have a company credit card and use RTM to keep track of my expenses.
I created a tag "expenses" and a searchlist that shows all tasks tagged with "expenses".
As soon as I buy something with the credit card, I create a task with the tag "expenses". In the description I enter the amount of the order and a description. I set the due date on the order date.
When I open the search list, I see which items I have bought and when I bought them.
When the order is delivered I complete the task. The completion date of the task is the delivery date of the order.
If I show the completed orders I can see when items have been ordered and when they have been delivered.
