Tracking my workout habits

If you need todo lists to remember your activities like me, and you are trying to get a regular workout, like me, using a tool like RTM can help you achieve that goal. I did. Here is how:
I like to workout every two days. So I add my workout reminder with the repeat option set to "after two days". I use z1d (see the tip on sleeper tags @ http://blog.rememberthemilk.com/2009/04/tips-tricks-tuesday-using-sleeper-tags/ ) to keep it off my lists. Also I add the tag "workout" to it (more on that later).
After I complete the workout, I mark it completed and it will show up after two days for my routine that day. Occasionally, you'll skip a day of workout. Just complete it after you are done and it will pop up after two days.
After a while, you can check how consistent your training was. Go into the RTM search bar and search for "tag:workout and status:completed" . You'll get a list of all your hard work! Now you can celebrate with a bunch of bananas !
