As someone who is using the now classic RTM GTD post as his methodology I've added one tiny little tweak which is to tag every SMART project goal with #goal.
I've got a smart list for that tag so that I can easily see my current goals listed in one place whenever I want. I find it's nice for a bit of an overview of where I'm heading.
