I usualy use RTM in a kind of GTD-way. With the summer holiday coming up, and all the things a have to buy, pack and arrange, my lists get cluttered. So I created a holiday packing / check list...

This is what is did...
* create a static list (so your e.g. personal list or inbox doesn't get cluttered)
* add all the stuff you need to buy, pack, arrange, do,...
* priority 1 if you need to buy something or leave the house to do so
* priority 2 if it takes some effort to do the task (e.g. laudry)
* priortiy 3 (or none) if it's just packing

* add tags like "holiday" or "errand" and locations to make the tasks appear in other lists
* add due dates so you don't forget
* complete if done or packed
* uncomplete all in order to "create a new holiday list"

Ideas to fine-tune the list are more then welcome...
