Sometimes I just want to make a quick list of things I need to get done for a particular project, errands, or a one off list of things I want to get done today.

I created a tag called "QList" and after a search for "tag:QList" made it into one of my saved lists. Now when I want to create this Quick List, I go to that saved list tab, and quickly make my entries one after the other. Because I am in the saved "QList" tab, the tag is automatically applied to each entry.

I can now print this list to take along, or sync it to my phone or tablet for on the go reference. Of course, you can add the "QList" tag to other previously added tasks if you would like them to show up here as well. I have found this to be very fast and efficient entry system for those times when I just need to make list on the fly.
