Anger Management
vikas.goel says:
Anger is bad. I want to deal with anger myself. I have recently started to measure the number of times I get into angry state using RTM.
In the morning, I set up a task "Angry 0" for the date
Next morning,
If I get angry 1 time in a day, I update the task to "Angry 1"
If I get angry 2 times in a day, I update the task to "Angry 2"
If I get angry 3 times in a day, I update the task to "Angry 3"
If I get angry 4 or more times in a day, I update the task to "Angry 4"
Feel good factor is if I don't have to update the task. My goal is to have as many as possible "Angry 0" in week.
Short term goal 1 - 4 "Angry 0" in a week and no "Angry 4"
Short term goal 2 - 4 "Angry 0" in a week and only "Angry 1"
Long term goal - 7 "Angry 0" in a week
