Power tip to implement MYN!

Hi!!
I bought the Master Your (Workday) Now! book for my Kindle app in my iPad2 and I like it very much. For years I've been using GTD, complex Outlook task and flags management, AutoFocus 4 logs, etc. and after using your MYN these weeks I feel much more effective, much less stressed and simply better and happier professional.Thank you.
I'm using Remember The Milk for iPhone/iPad/browser and I'm very happy with it. I'd like to share with you how is my set up.
I have 2 only lists:
1. Now tasks (for page #1 of the system)
The tasks are ordered by priority. I use priority 1 (red) for my weekly SOC's of the week, and priority 2 (blue) for Critical Now tasks. The tasks on Oportunity Now list have no priority. I don't use the Target Now list, but it's easy to implement with priority 3 (light blue).
With Michael Linenberger's recomendation about due dates, I rarely use them now, and when a task has a due date I type it in the name of the task. Now I'm using due dates in RTM as start dates, to implement Defer-To-Do, Defer-To-Review and Follow-Up tasks as shown in the book. So I've created an smart search for this list that doesn't show me the tasks with start date in the future. This is the seach:
list:"Now tasks" AND (dueBefore:today OR due:today OR due:never)
I've saved it as "Now tasks filtered" and it's what I use daily.
2. Over the horizon (for page #2)
I use this list as the basic recommendation in the book. I plan to implement in the future the "extended review" with tags, but for now It's working fine for me.
